Job Description

Title: Admin Assistant/Registrar

Position Summary:

Hourly Wage

Minimum of 20 hours/week

Monday to Thursday Mornings beginning at 8 am

Work Site: Will work from home and/or the Alberta Conference Office. Must be local to the Lacombe area.

Description:

The Admin Assistant/Registrar is responsible for the many administrative and clerical functions that keep PACeS running efficiently. The primary goal is to provide technical and clerical assistance to the school and to coordinate the flow of communication between administrators, teachers, parents, and students.

Duties, will include the following but are not limited to:

Student Registrations and Admissions

Maintain Student Files and file requests

Print/Mail Report Cards

Recording Secretary for board and constituency meetings

Maintain PowerSchool

Textbooks: Shipping, receiving, ordering and inventory

Provincial Exam Process Manager
