The SDACC Office of Education is pleased to share with you an exciting new Bible program that is being introduced in all our schools.  This program, which originated in the Australia and New Zealand union conferences, is designed to reach students’ hearts as well as their heads and lead them into a deeper relationship with Jesus.  Students use their Bibles as their only textbooks and are encouraged to search for truth in the Bible for themselves.  This short video provides an overview.

Today more than ever, we need a renewed focus on leading our young people to Jesus.  Our high schools are already using the Encounter program in Grades 9 and 10.  The elementary program will be introduced next school year.  Elementary teachers will be trained this spring.  We invite you to join us in praying for our teachers, our students, and for the roll out of our new Bible program in our schools.
