Weekly Challenges ( 5x/week)

  • Feb 5 – do (your age X 3) jumping jacks
  • Feb 12 – do (your age) burpees
  • Feb 19 –  run around the outside of your house (your age +2) times
  • Feb 26 – do (your age x 2) sit-ups and push-ups
