Below is the PACeS 2025-26 Application Form. A Google account is necessary to access the application form. If you have a Gmail address, you can use that. You can also create a new Gmail account. If you wish to use a non-Gmail email address, click “Create account” and then after entering a name and birthdate, click “Use your existing email” as in the image below the button.

After your application has been submitted, we will communicate using your preferred email address.

Continuing students (registered in 2024-25) will have priority until February 28th, 2025. After that date, continuing and new student applications will be processed on a first-come first-serve basis (by application date AND reception of registration fee AND ALL documents by the office).
